Here are some of our upcoming events. Everything takes place at the Fellowship unless otherwise noted. 

  • FRIDAY, MAY 16, 2025 AT 7PM: SING SING SCREENING AND DISCUSSION

    Divine G (Oscar-nominated Colman Domingo), imprisoned at Sing Sing for a crime he didn’t commit, finds purpose by acting in a theatre group alongside other incarcerated men.  In this stirring true story of resilience, humanity, and the transformative power of art. An unforgettable ensemble cast of formerly incarcerated actors tells the story of the innovative Rehabilitation through the Arts program. As the prisoners forge ahead with their program, they confront their fears, shortcomings, tragic pasts, and resolutions for the future.


    Doors open at 6:30pm.  The screening will be followed by  a discussion with Divine G (John WHitfield), Dario Pena and other participants in the  Rehabilitation Through

    the Arts program .


    Free admission. Presented by the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Poughkeepsie and th Poughkeepsie Friends Meeting. 

  • MAY 18, 2025: WORLD BEE DAY

    Come visit the hive and have a meet-and-greet with the Queen Bee. Tell her your secrets and receive some bee wisdom.



  • JUNE 14, 2025: POUGHKEEPSIE PRIDE PARADE AND FESTIVAL

    The Fellowship has been a proud participant in Poughkeepsie Pride events, both with a presence in the parade and with a booth at  the beautiful waterfront Waryas Park.
